The loss of turf in these areas is very concerning to our membership and will cost us. I have also attached the email from 4/8/15 that details the possible loss in revenue. 3-We will remove and replant all within the same time period. This would be done late summer early fall to allow the best chance for plant survival and this is when the sun angle becomes lower and the trees limit/eliminate sunlight. Please let me know if you need any other information. Buffer 15-0407 Things needed/clarification: 1)“Detail” planting plan. Number of shrubs (large) and trees. Weighted toward trees (dogwoods, redbuds, trees of similar height). Provide photos of shrub type. Size to be planted, mature height. Replacement requirement based on stumpage size. Hole 13: 5 trees, average width 12 inches Hole 14: 8 trees, average width 12 inches; two pines- 24 inch, 10 inch 1 Vegetation/trees should be located in the general area of the remove tree. Some leeway is allowed 2)Documentation, information, detail on the issue with the greens 3)Preferred that vegetation removal and replacement occur at the same time. 4)No mitigation require, aside from plantings I think this covers it.
