The Division of Water Resources at NC DEQ has the authority to scrutinize any IUP submitted by an approved
streamlined permit writer. In the event of any non-compliance with 15A 2h.0917(f),you will be informed during
the review and required to rectify any issues. Please note that this review may go beyond the standard 30-day
review period.
