Good morning IRT,

Eco Terra, LLC has submitted a DRAFT Prospectus for the proposed new Eco Terra Lower Catawba UMB – South Fork Mitigation Site. Per section 332.8(d)(3), we are initiating the 30-day review
of the Draft Prospectus with this email. Following the close of the comment period, we will distribute all comments to the IRT and Sponsor. This is proposed as a new umbrella bank
located in Lincoln County in the Catawba River Basin.

Site entrance is dirt road across from house 1285 Reepsville Rd., Lincolnton NC 28092. The site can be very muddy, including the access road, so a 4x4 vehicle is recommended.
