Proposed Project: Change the type and layout of the oyster structures, reduce the size of coastal wetland
planting areas.

The Division of Water Resources handled the change in impacts through an infield adjustment, all authorized activities and conditions associated with the original Water Quality Certification (WQC No. 004907) dated June 22, 2022 still apply.
