discovery.Results from Q1 2023 DMR sampling are provided above.Notification regarding the TSS exceedance at OF-008 was submitted via email to
[e-mail].A copy of the notification is included with this submission.Sampling will continue to be conducted in accordance with the General Permit
NCG02 and submitted as part of normal DMR submissions.
Additionally,3M Pittsboro would like to disclose a deviation from NCG02 permit requirement B-5.There is an absence of annual outfall evaluation and certification for
non-stormwater discharges for the following periods: 2016-2019,and 2021.The facility has added this requirement to
compliance monitoring software system to prevent further deviations from this requirement.
