Attached is our facility's October 15t thru December 31st Stormwater 4th Quarter quantitative monitoring
report information and our acknowledgment of a "No Flow" storm water sampling event for the same period.
Please note that our data is coming from a data chart from a USGS website:
https://nwis.waterdata.usgs.gov/nc/nwis/uv/352536082333245 rain gage at French Broad River near Fletcher,
NC and a rain gage located at our outfall location DA-001 (retention pond). During our 4th Quarter sampling
period we did have multiple rain event attempts that did not have enough sheet flow to sample during our
normal operating hours, and that were preceded by at least 72 hours of dry weather prior to sampling. If you
