Credit Release — Task 5 (final)
Dear Mr. Wilkerson:
On May 1, 2023, the Division of Water Resources (DWR) issued a 5% credit release for partial
approval of the Year 2 Monitoring Report for the Sassarixa Swamp II site. The remainder 5% of this
credit release would be issued upon receiving confirmation that Wildlands Holdings III, LLC has
fully implemented the supplemental planting efforts documented in the Supplemental Planting
Memo. Photo documentation, supporting maps, figures and a summary narrative were required to be
reviewed and approved by DWR prior to the issuance of the remaining credit release. On June 1,
2023, Wildlands submitted all the required documentation.
DWR received a continuation certificate for performance bond (#107501181) from Wildlands in the
amount of $80,000 with Travelers Casualty and Surety Company of America to cover monitoring
and maintenance at the subject site. The term of this bond ends with the approval of the Year 3
Monitoring Report by DWR. Future credit releases will be dependent on both the renewal of this
performance bond and the annual monitoring reports.
In accordance with the MBI, signed on May 4, 2020 the following Project Milestones have been fully
met and the corresponding credits shall be released:
