7. Describe proposed work (include discussion as to how hardening of shoreline has been avoided, or
why it is necessary):
Residential construction in Long Bay Pkwy neighborhood on Lot 19. When lake is lowered during winter months the cove is very
low and the shoreline is eroding away. New trees are falling, roots are being exposed, and the water is cutting deeper into the bank.
Shoreline stabilization would protect the bank from eroding away and additional trees from dying off.

o $570.00 for impacts to lake (below normal water level) of greater or equal to 1 acre
