a)Outfalls to Outstanding Resource Waters(ORW)and High Quality Waters(HQW)have a Monthly Average Effluent Limit for TSS of 20 mg/L
and a Daily Maximum Effluent Limit of 30 mg/L Outfalls to Trout Waters(Tr)and Primary Nursery Areas(PNA)have a Monthly Average Effluent
Limit for TSS of 10 mg/L and a Daily Maximum Effluent Limit of 15 mg/L.Industrial Sand and Phosphate mines discharging to all other water
classification have a Monthly Average Effluent Limit for TSS of 25 mg/L and a Daily Maximum Effluent Limit of 45 mg/L.
b)See H-5 of the NCG020000 General Permit for turbidity requirements.
c)Only outfalls to HQW,ORW,SA,SB,PNA,or Tr waters are required to monitor for Settleable Solids.
