For SW8 970847, our database lists this project name as Tactical Support Van Pad, however P-512 Property Control Facility is listed on the application. Do we wish to change the project name? If we do, please complete the attached Permit Update Form to formally change the project name. This page does need to be signed, notarized, and submitted hard copy, original signature to our Wilmington office. If this was unintended and you wish to keep the Tactical Support Van Pad the project name, please complete a revised page one of the application to correct Section A.2. If we choose this option, you may just attach a scanned copy to an email, and I can print that out at the office. Please let me know if you have any questions.
