State Stormwater Management Permit No. SW8 960424

Dear Ms. Smith:
The above referenced Stormwater Permit expired July 16, 2022. Please find enclosed an executed State Stormwater
Permit Renewal Application Form and $505.00 fee for renewal of the permit.
Please note that the permit was modified the month prior to its expiration on June 3, 2022, and that no new SCMs
were proposed. The modification consollidated overlapping permits (incorporating permits SW8 970426 and SW8
020908 into permit SW8 960424), reconciles the existing BUA and provides for redevelopment.
Per your September I ", 2022, email, there are not designer certifications for the original construction of the SCMs
re -permitted via the recent modification.
Consistent with the Renewal Application (item C.6), the SCMs are in the process of being measured / surveyed and
inspected for proper maintenance and operation.
