Marine Boulevard, Suite I Jacksonville, North Carolina 28540 Subject: ADDITIONAL INFORMATION Stormwater Project No. SW8 950707 Sugar Spring Subdivision Onslow County Dear Mr. Butch: The Wilmington Regional Office received a Stormwater Submittal for the Sugar Spring Subdivision on July 14, 1995. A preliminary review of that information has detetTnined that the submittal for the subject project is not complete. The following information is needed to continue the stormwater review: I/l. Please provide calculations of the built -upon area, ie., how you arrived at the 27% built - upon restriction. Include each road broken down into individual lengths. 2. The deed restriction cannot be recorded as 27%. You must provide and record a list of each lot's allowable impervious area expressed as a finite square footage. t/3. There are three areas on the map without lot numbers, or identifying notes. Please add lot numbers and identify the 5.36 acre reserved tract. 4. If the reserved area is not included in the restrictions, then its area cannot be included in the site area used to determine allowable built -upon area, ,and it must stand alone when developed. ✓ 5. Please provide a road cross section including road and right-of-way widths, ditch section (3:1 max side slopes are required) and any sidewalks proposed. In addition, please add a cul-de-sac detail to include the radius of the pavement and right-of-way. Z7. Add a statement to the deed restriction portion of the submittal form that "no one may fill in or pipe any swale or ditch on the project except the minimum necessary for a driveway crossing. 8. Are you an owner or partner in Sugar Springs Development? If not, an owner/partner must F- either sign the form or provide a signed and notarized document authorizing you to sign on his/her behalf. Z9. Please initial and date any revisions.made the original submittal form, which is enclosed for your convenience in making the requested revisions. Please note that this request for additional information is in response to a preliminary review. The requested information should be received by this Office prior to August 31, 1995, or the submittal will be returned as incomplete.
