Dear Mr. Tripp:
The Wilmington Regional Office received a Stormwater Submittal for the Mason Bend Subdivision
on May 23, 1995. A preliminary review of that information has determined that the submittal for the
subject project is not complete. The following information is needed to continue the stormwater review:
1. A split entrance detail, or note road width at entrance on plans (BC -BC).
2. Delineate the drainage area for the swale and report your assumptions for determining how
much of the lot and it's impervious area drains into the Swale.
3. Please specify the type of grass cover for the swale on the detail, or provide a copy of the
grassing detail. I will choose the grass type that offers the lowest resistance to erosion for
my calculations.
