Dear Mr. Tucker:
The Wilmington Regional Office received the Stormwater
submittal for the subject project on July 8, 1991 and final
information July 26, 1991. The project plans and specifications
as submitted indicated a built -upon area of 0.83 acres. This
equates to 10 percent built -upon for the project site. This being
the case, the project complies with the Stormwater Regulations
set forth in Title 15A NCAC 2H. 1003(a)(2). This Certification
shall be effective from the date of issuance until rescinded and
the project shall be constructed in accordance with the plans and
specifications as filed with the Wilmington Regional Office.
Any modification of the plans submitted to this Office or
further development of this site will require an additional
Stormwater submittal/modification and approval prior to
initiation of construction. Modifications include but are not
limited to; project name changes, transfer of ownership, redesign
of built -upon surfaces, addition of built -upon surfaces, redesign
or further subdivision of project area.
