April 27, 1988. The file indicates it is a low density single family
project with 18 lots, each limited to 7544 square feet of built -upon
area. The owner was Richard Stanley, the president of Gibbs Creek
Associates, Inc. at PO Box 150, Beaufort, NC.
There are no recorded deed restrictions in the file, and it does not
appear to have ever been inspected by DWQ. There have been no
modifications submitted.

project -not recent. Do you have a copy of the LAMA Major permit that you
