OFF OF GIBBS CREEK ROAD. THE SITE CONTAINS APPROXIMATELY 13 ACRES. APPROXIMATELY 2.6 ACRES WILL BE DISTURBED FOR \`i�\J CONSTRUCTION OF STREETS AND SWALES.
