NOTES: There are two types of units to be placed on the Ibis
Roost Parcel. Unit A will Nave 1,375 square feet per
unit. Unit B will have 1,239 square feet per unit.
The main roadway through the site shall be 12'feet wide.
All private drives shall be marl and shall be 8 feet wide.
All sidewalks shall be raised wood walks with a spacing
of 1/2" or more between boards.
