Due to phasing requirements of the project, the construction of the new school, storm water management areas and the "south" portion of the project had been completed and certified more than a year ago. This final phase in completing the project includes the demolition of the existing building (the old school) and construction of the parking lots within the northerly portion of the site. Due to phasing requirements of the project, demolition of the existing building and construction of the parking lots in the northerly portion of the site have not been completed at this time. The portion of the site to be completed is shown on sheet CG100 and CG101. The phasing will allow beneficial occupancy of the completed elementary school and the subsequent razing of the existing building.
