Based upon a review of the as -built drawings, limited field observation to include a final, and as -
built information supplied by Sundt Construction, the above referenced project has been
completed in substantial compliance with the approved engineering plans and specifications.
Due to phasing requirements of the project, the construction of the new school, storm water
management areas and the "south" portion of the project had been completed and certified more
than a year ago. This final phase in completing the project includes the demolition of the existing
building (the old school) and construction of the parking lots within the northerly portion of the
site.
In support of the request, please find enclosed an executed certification on the state form and one
set of as -constructed documents.

Based upon a review of the as -built drawings, limited field observations and information supplied
by Sundt Construction, the storm water basins and a majority of the catchment and conveyance
system has been completed in substantial compliance with the approved engineering plans and
specifications.
Due to phasing requirements of the project, demolition of the existing building and construction of
the parking lots in the northerly portion of the site have not been completed at this time. The
portion of the site to be completed is shown on sheet CG100 and CG101. The phasing will allow
beneficial occupancy of the completed elementary school and the subsequent razing of the existing
building.
In support of the request, please find enclosed an executed certification on the state form. The
portion to be omitted is expounded in the "noted deviations" portion of the form.

Partial Certification of Storm Water Management System. Detention Ponds/Basins and outfalls have been
completed. Due to phasing of the project, demolition of the existing school and construction of the parking lot
