EROSION CONTROL PLAN SEQUENCE OF CONSTRUCTION
1. INSTALL TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION ENTRANCES AS SHOWN ON EROSION CONTROL PLAN.
2. INSTALL PERIMETER CONTROLS (SILT FENCE AND TREE PROTECTION FENCING) AS SHOWN ON THE EROSION CONTROL PLAN. THIS
STEP NEEDS TO BE COMPLETED PRIOR TO UPSLOPE LAND DISTURBING ACTIVITIES.
3. INSTALL TEMPORARY SKIMMER BASIN WITH BAFF
LES AND TEM
PORARY DIVERSION DITCH. .
4. ONCE PERIMETER CONTROLS AND THE TEMPORARY SKIMMER BASIN ARE INSTALLED CLEARING AND GRUBBING ACTIVITIES MAY BEGIN
WITHIN THE DISTURBED LIMITS.
5. DENUDED AREAS MUST BE STABILIZED WITHIN FIFTEEN (15) WORKING DAYS OF CEASE OF ANY PHASE OF ACTIVITY. ALL SLOPES
MUST BE STABILIZED WITHIN TWENTY-ONE (21) CALANDAR DAYS OF CEASE OF ANY PHASE OF ACTIVITY. THIS INCLUDES SLOPES,
SWALES, CHANNELS AND STOCKPILES.
6. THE EXISTING DITCH THAT IS LOCATED UNDER THE PROPOSED CAMPUS COVE ROAD MUST BE TEMPORARILY REDIRECTED PRIOR TO
THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE PROPOSED TWIN STORM CULVERTS. ONCE CONSTRUCTION OF THE TWIN STORM CULVERTS IS
COMPLETED THE REDIRECTED STREAM MAY BE BACKFILLED AND STABILIZED AS NECESSARY.
7. INLET PROTECTION MUST BE INSTALLED ONCE CATCH BASINS ARE IN PLACE.
8. UPON BRINGING THE ROAD AND/OR PARKING LOT TO SUBGRADE ELEVATIONS, STABILIZE THE AREAS BY PLACING STONE BASE AS
EARLY AS POSSIBLE.
9. AFTER CONSTRUCTION OPERATIONS HAVE ENDED, ALL DENUDED AREAS ARE TO BE PERMANENTLY STABILIZED WITH PERMANENT
VEGETATION AND REMAINING SEDIMENT CONTROLS SHALL BE REMOVED. THE TEMPORARY SKIMMER BASINS CAN NOW BE CONVERTED
TO THE PROPOSED STORMWATER INFILTRATION BASIN.
