nail set at a base located at the northwesterly corner of a tract of land recorded in Deed Book 161 at
Page 622 of Brunswick County Records, said 1 X" nail found being the northeasterly corner of the
herein described parcel and the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING;
From the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING as thus established, leaving the southerly right of way line of North

westerly line of said tract of land recorded in Deed Book 161 at Page 622, a distance of 275.92 feet
