Based on an inspection on Monday, .January 17, 2022, some debris/trash needed to be removed from the opening on the side of the outlet structure for both ponds, otherwise both ponds appear to have been maintained in accordance with the permit. Pictures were provided to me on Thursday, February 3, 2022 showing the outlet structures with the debris/trash removed. DEMLR file review and site inspection revealed that the site is NOT in compliance with the terms and conditions of this permit.
