Site inspection was conducted on June 7, 2023 by Kevin Mitchell with the Asheville Regional Office. I spoke with Levi
McPhalls during the inspection.
- Station L2 14+75 RT (Slopes above box culvert) - Remove/stabilize soil between the JS and silt fence.
- Additonal ground cover is needed in idle areas to meet NPDES cover requirements.
- Cross Vane on Vance Street. Work is underway. Site is being dewatered and vane is under construction. Ensure that
the header rock is posititioned to be under the surface flow (no piping) after water is released into channel per Detail H.
- Station Y5 14+00 LT - Add stone to stormwater drop inlet.
