Dear Mr. And Mrs. Winters:
On July 17, 1996 you were issued General Water Quality Certification Number 2733 audiori-ring
you to place till material in 0.10 acres of wetlands or waters for the purpose of constructin_, a residence at
Lot #1 in the Jamaka Subdivision. As part of this authori7,ltion you were required to place a deed restriction
on the remainder of the wetlands on your lot to prevent future impacts.
On October 17, 1997 Mrs. Deborah Sawyer from the Division of Water Quality's Washington
Regional Office and Mr. Eric I-leek from the Division's Central Office conducted a Compliance Evaluation
Inspection of your project. As a result of the inspection we noted that no additional fill has occurred in the
wetlands on your lot in excess of the 0.10 acres originally permitted.
The Division of Water Quality appreciates your efforts in complying with the conditions of your
