Cracker Barrel I-95 and Cedar Creek Road Dear Sirs: On April 26, 1996 you were issued Water Quality Certification No. 2671 authorizing you to place fill material in 1.23 acres of wetlands or waters for the purpose of constructing a Cracker Barrel Restaurant at I- 95 and Cedar Creek Road near Fayetteville, North Carolina. A condition of this certification required you to construct a wet detention pond. On August 25, 1997 Mr. Eric Fleek and Mr. Pete Colwell from the Division of Water Quality's Central Office and Mr. Ken Averitte from he Division's Fayetteville Regional office conducted a compliance inspection of the aforementioned project. As a result of this inspection it was noted that the wet detention pond had been built as designed and was at the time of inspection being properly maintained. Consequently, your project was found to be in compliance with your 401 Water Quality Certification. The Division of Water Quality appreciates your efforts in complying with the conditions of your Certification.
