Subject: Compliance Evaluation Inspection
Fayetteville, N.C. Cracker Barrel
I-95 and Cedar Creek Road
Dear Sirs:
On April 26, 1996 you were issued Water Quality Certification No.
2671 authorizing you to place fill material in 1.23 acres of wetlands or
waters for the purpose of constructing a Cracker Barrel Restaurant at I-
95 and Cedar Creek Road near Fayetteville, North Carolina. A condition
of this certification required you to construct a wet detention pond.
On August 25, 1997 Mr. Eric Fleek and Mr. Pete Colwell from the
Division of Water Quality's Central Office and Mr. Ken Averitte from he
Division's Fayetteville Regional office conducted a compliance inspection
of the aforementioned project. As a result of this inspection it was
noted that the wet detention pond had been built as designed and was at
the time of inspection being properly maintained. Consequently, your
project was found to be in compliance with your 401 Water Quality
Certification.
The Division of Water Quality appreciates your efforts in complying
with the conditions of your Certification. If you have any questions
regarding this matter please feel free to call me at (919) 733-1786.
Sincerely,
igric D. Aeek
