Carla Dagnino spoke with Crystal Amschler with USACE this week regarding the USACE permit for 1-3802A in
Cabarrus/Rowan Cos. Crystal has confirmed that the project fits under an RGP31 and that she would be issuing an
RGP31 rather than an Individual Permit for this project. Since there is a change to the USACE permit, is there anything
that needs to be done to change the DWR permit? If so,would you require an official request from NCDOT to change the
permit type? If you could email me back when you have an opportunity it would be much appreciated.
