Re: DWR#2020-1664 V2 Bells Bridge AsBuilt Report
We are submitting the AsBuilt Report for the aforementioned project as well as the credit release
request for completion of Tasks 3 and 4. Task 1 and 2 credits have already been released. The year 1
monitoring report has been submitted separately, please disregard any credit release letter associated
with that submittal as the numbers have changed slightly based on an updated AsBuilt survey.
Attached to this cover letter are the following:
1. Task 3 and 4 Credit release request form
2. Response to AsBuilt walk through field notes
3. Report on Adaptive Management through February 2023
4. AsBuilt Report
The recorded conservation easement is also attached after the AsBuilt report, and we plan to transfer it
to NCWHF by the end of this year. Monitoring bonds have been emailed to you separately.
