To Whom It May Concern,
Stormwater monitoring is performed at Charlotte-South Hauling under Permit No. NCG080983. On behalf of
Charlotte-South Hauling, WSP USA Inc. is providing the Stormwater Discharge Monitoring Report (DMR)for the
fourth quarter stormwater sampling event of 2022. The sample was collected from outfall SDO#1 on November
11, 2022. Total suspended solids were reported at a concentration below the benchmark value and Oil and
Grease concentrations were below the reporting limit and benchmark value for this event; pH concentrations were
within the allowable benchmark range. Based on these results, the facility will remain in quarterly monitoring and
no further actions are required.
