On December 31, 2020, Processing Equipment Group, Inc_ a subsidiaty of Hillenbrand, Inc.,
sold all of the capital stock of Red Valve Company, Inc., a Pennsylvania corporation (Red
Valve), to DeZURIK, Inc. (DeZURIK). As a result of this transaction, DeZURIK became the sole
owner of Red Valve, including the real property located at 1205 Isley Drive, Gastonia, NC, 1919
Industrial Pike, Gastonia, NC, and 1330 Isley Road, Gastonia, NC.
