RE: Boone Trail Village Construction Sequence

Dear Jim,
Boone Trail Village will be built in two phases consisting of 59 residential lots within phase 1 and
52 residential lot within phase 2. Subdivision roads will be owned and maintained by NCDOT and
are 20 normally crowned roads with ditches, stormwater will drain through pipes and swales to
follow the natural drainage pattern. Watermains are public and will be owned and maintained by
Harnett Regional Water. Each lot will have an individual septic system.
