Thanks for your response. The CA status for the UT was my fault. I was told if a UT was outside of the 0.5 mile of water
supply then it should not have CA status.

Gentlemen,
Attached are Prelim JD packets for B-5509 (Stokes County) and B-5521 (Rowan County). Three Oaks
Engineering/The Catena Group recently performed the field work and prepared these
packets. Perennial and intermittent streams and no wetlands were located during these NRTR
assessments. If you feel that field visits are warranted, please coordinate with Chris Sheats (cc email) for
