The USACE has reviewed NCDOT Ferry Division's request to install 200 linear feet of sheet pile around the
synchro lift at the NCDOT Ferry Shipyard in Manns Harbor to prevent the accumulation of sediment in the project area.
This project is authorized via Regional General Permit 198000291 CAMA (NC Coastal Area Management Act). All terms
and conditions apply. In addition, the following Special Conditions apply:

1) All NCDWR and NCDCM permit conditions are incorporated into this authorization.

2) Any change in project plans may require additional authorization from USACE.

3) All work must be complete by permit expiration date, December 31, 2016.
