(Wood) is pleased to provide this Construction and Planting Completion Report for the Swift Creek Permitee Responsible Mitigation Bank (PRMP). The site construction was completed in April 2022 and site planting was completed in April 2022. Monitoring devices have been installed onsite including 13 vegetation plots for DWR monitoring. There are a total of 25 vegetation monitoring plots with 13 of these being joint DWR/USACE fixed vegetation plots and 12 USACE only fixed vegetation plots. The easement boundary marking has been completed. There is no fencing on this site. The following permits were obtained for this project due to the stream and wetland restoration work: Erosion and Sedimentation Control Plan, 401 Water Quality Certification, Section 404 NWP 27 Verification, and Floodplain Development Permit. There were no significant deviations from the approved PRMP and Final Construction Design Plan. A supplemental document is attached which contains a map showing the DWR vegetation plot locations and photos. The MYO average planted density is 684 stems per acre, which exceeds the interim measure of vegetative success of at least 320 planted stems per acre at the end of the third monitoring year.
