a site inspection was performed on the Foundations Early Learning Center project on
June 9, 2022. Permanent ground cover sufficient to restrain erosion had been
established and the permit was closed. No additional self-monitoring or self-inspections
are required. The project is released and coverage under NPDES General Stormwater
Permit for Construction Activities is terminated.
