Davey Resource Group, Inc. on behalf of Shaw Highway Properties, LLC has submitted a DRAFT Prospectus to modify the
existing Northeast Cape Fear Umbrella Bank(NECFUMB) with the addition of a new mitigation site.The proposed Quinn
Farm Tract is located in Duplin County within the Northeast Cape Fear River Basin (HUC 03030007). Per section
332.8(d)(3), we are initiating the 30-day review of the Draft Prospectus with this email. Following the close of the
comment period, we will distribute all comments to the IRT and Sponsor.
The DRAFT Prospectus is attached to this email and is also available for download on the RIBITS cyber repository for the
site. Please be sure to log on to RIBITS before following the link below. Once in the Cyber Repository, select the arrow
