Expansion to existing site results in a net increase of 0.73-ac (31,798-sf)
impervious area. Runoff from an existing 1-ac parking lot draining to the site's
existing basin is being treated by a two (2) - Filterra bioretention SCMs in lieu
of modifications to the existing basin.
