Comment: The facility has a number of items that should be addressed and maintained to qualify for the
no exposure.
The trailer wash area should be maintained regularly
The oil water seperator should be pumped out on a regular schedule or measured regularly for
pump down before it fills and overflows
All pallets should be stored in a sheltered area or desposed of regularly
Excess shelving and other such materials stored outside should be stored in a covered area,
be covered in place or inside the plant
The rolloff used for food products disposal should be covered when not being loaded and
should be hauled away as quickly as possible. If food is desposed of more then a couple time s
a year then the no exposure willneed to be re-evaluated
The three aboveground tanksthat were stored on a trailer in the lot should not be returned to
the facility without re-evaluating the no exposure
Regularly inspect the lot for staining at trailer wash and fluid leakage from trucks, trailers &
equipment.
