The trailer wash area should be maintained regularly The oil water seperator should be pumped out on a regular schedule or measured regularly for pump down before it fills and overflows All pallets should be stored in a sheltered area or desposed of regularly Excess shelving and other such materials stored outside should be stored in a covered area, be covered in place or inside the plant The rolloff used for food products disposal should be covered when not being loaded and should be hauled away as quickly as possible. If food is desposed of more then a couple time s a year then the no exposure willneed to be re-evaluated The three aboveground tanksthat were stored on a trailer in the lot should not be returned to the facility without re-evaluating the no exposure Regularly inspect the lot for staining at trailer wash and fluid leakage from trucks, trailers & equipment.
