Attached are Prelim JD packets for B-5509 (Stokes County) and B-5521 (Rowan County). Three Oaks Engineering/The
Catena Group recently performed the field work and prepared these packets. Perennial and intermittent streams and
no wetlands were located during these NRTR assessments. If you feel that field visits are warranted, please coordinate
with Chris Sheats (cc email) for field visits at your earliest convenience. Thank you for your time in this matter.
