Box 27687 Raleigh, N.C. 27611 Re: NPDES Application - McKee Creek Dear Mr. Clemments: On Wednesday March 19, 1986 I met with Mike Parker of the regional office for a site inspection on this project. Based on our site visit, the configuration of the property, and the previous waste load allocation we are proposing to locate the discharge further down McKee Creek to increase the drainage area and hopefully have some effect on the discharge limits. A USGS map is enclosed showing the proposed discharge point. The comments from the regional office for this site will be sent to you shortly by Mike Parker. We would appreciate your help in any way possible to make the mid -April advertisement for permits. Please call me if you have any questions or if additional information is required.
