Hi Bethany,
I hope you had a good Memorial Day. Attached are the three stormwater DMRs you previously inquired about. All now
indicate "no discharge" for the period.
Please let me know if you have any questions.

No problem. You can just re -submit a digital copy.
If you want email me these for NCG020005 (from the end of October last year) I'll add them to the file.
Thank you,

Hi Bethany,
Sorry for the slow response. I have been out of the office for the last week and a half. Would you like the resubmit to
be digital, hard copy, or both?
Thanks,
Phillip

Phillip,
For these, there were some wastewater DMRs with the uploads that did have results. We add those to the file, but it
was unclear whether the stormwater DMRs uploaded were for 'no discharge' or not.
Thanks,

Unfortunately the DMR upload for Permit No. NCG020005 submitted on 10/30/2022 could not be accepted for the
following reason:
Monitoring results were left blank. The question at the top of the form that asks whether there was discharge during
this reporting period was also left blank, so it's unclear if this is a "no discharge" report or not. Also, the permit
number at the top of the DMR was incorrect. Please submit a corrected copy of the DMR.
Please contact the Stormwater Program for more information.
