On October 23, 2007, the Division of Water Quality (DWQ) received your application dated September
23, 2007, to fill or otherwise impact 408 square feet of Zone 2 of the Tar-Pamlico River protected riparian
buffer to help with onsite erosion. This request will require a Minor Variance from the DWQ.
This letter only addresses the application process and does not authorize any impacts to wetlands, waters or
