Hi Jean & Zach,

I just submitted a new PCN for Point North via the online application form. Several changes are described in the cover
letter and application, so I submitted a new, complete application to replace the original submittal.

Last Friday, while working on the application, I accidentally clicked submit instead of save as a draft. I emailed the
th
administrative folks and asked them not to forward those on. So, if an application from April 14 slipped through to one
of you, you can ignore it. Yes, this is not my finest hour.

Hi Zachary & Jean,

Please pause your review of this project. I missed that the stream impact is slightly above the stream mitigation
threshold for the USACE in my review. It is more than likely a result of overestimating the top of bank.

Also, McAdams has had to revise the culvert design for Impact Area 1 to achieve a no-rise. It changes the configuration
of the floodplain culverts but does not change the linear footage of stream impact. I’m checking the stream width today
and will send revised Impact Area 1 and 4 maps by April 17th.
