Hello Mr. Murray:
Attached is our inspection report for the inspection that was completed last week at your facility. I was able to address
it to Bryan Hug, and cc you on the report. The originals will go out by US Mail.
I had to list the facility as "non -compliant" due to the lack of a recent illicit (non-stormwater) discharge evaluation. The
last one we were able to see was dated 2019. 1 recommend that you correct that by conducting the referenced
evaluation as soon as possible.
The inspection report also lists the other suggestions that we mentioned on site.
Note that this "non -compliant inspection report" is our lowest level of action for a non -compliant site and represents
our belief that you will correct the referenced issue promptly. In this report we point out the issue and ask you to
correct it. There is nothing more that you must submit to us related to this issue. However, I recommend that you email
me a copy of your illicit (non-stormwater) evaluation once you complete it, to be placed in your file.
Regarding submitting the Discharge Monitoring Reports, you are submitting them to the correct address. However, we
strongly recommend using a-DMR in the future as a more efficient way to handle DMR submittals.
