Brittany: I inspected NCG180259. This is a recission request. The old owner sold the facility in April. When I was on -
site, the facility was vacant. It looks like at least part of the facility is being remodeled. I cannot locate contact
information for the new owner.
I spoke with the old owner, and he confirmed that they sold facility in April 2023. He does not know what the new
owner intends to do, and, he did not provide contact information for the new owner.
I confirmed with property tax records that the property did change hands in April 2023 and the new owner is GTIS AF
LLC.
At this point, all we can do is approve the recission request. The new owner will have to get their own permit, if they
need one.
