Comment: We inspected Sites 3, 10, Mitiaation Site 2 and a repaired/modified sediment basin. Box culvert at Site 3
was backfilled and readv to turn water into it. Site 10 has some aliqnment issues. DOT is considerinq
options of core fiber mattinp or riprap at will qet back to us. Mitiqation Site 2 culvert was in process of
tvinq back to new channel. Sediment basin near Buffalo Creek was stabilized and refitted to allow diffuse
discharqe over stream bank.
