inspection we conducted at the Hughes Furniture Industries, Inc. facility on May 16, 2023.
Please note that in the stormwater inspection report summary we ask that you remove the wood
waste on both sides of the outfall ditch on the southwest side of the site in order to bring the site
into compliance and close the permit.

Inspection Summary:
This site was inspected in response to a recission request. Lily Kay and Robby Deans met on site with Steve Hughes to
discuss the actions needed to close the permit. The site was relatively clean with the exception of two spots near the
southwest border of the site on either side of the main outfall drainage ditch. To the east of the ditch, a small area was
impacted with fine sawdust. To the west of the ditch, a larger area was covered with old scrap wood and other waste
material. In order to bring the site into compliance and close the permit, the wood waste in both of these areas will need to
