February 10, 2022.

The facility was well operated and maintained with good housekeeping and minimal outside storage. The analytical samples
should be taken near the fence to include the discharge from the settling ponds. An updated Stormwater Pollution
Prevention Plan must be submitted to the Winston-Salem regional office by February 10, 2023. If you have questions,
