Inspection Summary:
This was a routine inspection. Lily Kay and Robby Deans met with Yvonne Baker on site. The SWPPP was reviewed, and
all records were present and well -organized. For 2021 and 2022, a signed and dated statement of no industrial spills and a
non-stormwater discharge certification should be added. The outdoor areas of the facility were inspected. The site was
well -maintained and in compliance with the stormwater permit. In order to apply for a no -exposure certification, open
dumpsters, pallets, and other industrial refuse should be removed or stored under cover. If you have any questions, please
