General Project Narrative:The purpose of this project is to replace the substandard bridge #30 on NC481 . The new bridge will be 140' in length and is comparable to the existing bridge

center span of the new bridge will be 70' in length and will completely span the water. There will be no bridge piers in the water or deck drains over water surface or within
