As per our phone conversation, Lot 12 in Southerby's Subdivision in Creedmoor and we
are in need for a CO. We are ready to close the house. We have complied with your
requests as conditions have permitted.
Unfortunately due to the drought conditions we have experienced, we are unable to plant
the necessary trees at this time. I will be glad to commit to planting the trees at some
future date. Lauren Cobb with your division has specifically stated not to plant the trees
until the weather conditions improve.
We request a letter from the Division of Water Quality that all items are complied with to
obtain a CO from the City of Creedmoor.
We appreciate your prompt attention to this matter.
