This has been a ongoing issue at this farm with waste leaking from barns and going to secondary containments which waste is recovered and put in lagoons, The barns with chronic leaks need to be fixed as soon as possible, you can not continue to allow these barns to chronicly leak waste outside of the designed waste collection system.
